This is a post-war Lalique Rosemary pattern glass tea light or votive candle holder, produced from 2002 as part of the Coupelles Herbes de Provence (Wildflower) collection.
The glass is in excellent condition for its age. It shows minimal age related wear and tear to the rim of the base consistent with some minimal use.
The glass has a rounded bucket-shaped bowls measuring 9.5 cm (3.8inches) in diameter at the everted rim. The glass has been blown in green crystal and then frosted and moulded with sprigs of rosemary. The bowl ends in a plain, clear glass base that measures 5 cm (2 inches) in diameter. The characters “Lalique ® France” are inscribed in lower case on the underside of the base. The glass is 7.5 cm (3 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious signs of restoration. The glass has three rubber pads stuck to the base to prevent scratching.
The glass weighs in at 310 g. ( ~ 11 oz.).
