This is a contemporary Lalique plaited “Heart” paperweight.
The paperweight is in excellent condition for its age. It has a little discernible wear.
The paperweight is in the form of a twisted heart and is made in satin finish clear glass. It measures 6.5 cm (2.6 inches) in height and is 7.5 cm (3 inches) in width. There are no chips, cracks, scratches or any evidence of restoration. The words “Lalique ® France” are etched onto it. There is no box.
The paperweight weighs in at 215 g. (~ 8 oz.).
