This is a small, boxed, red and orange fish figurine, made in fused glass by Maciej Habrat of Glass Studio Habrat in Poland. Maciej’s work is displayed at The Corning Museum of Glass, USA. and many other public and private collections. The work dates from the late 20th century.
The figurine is in excellent condition for its age. It shows no age related wear and tear to the rim of the base and is probably unused.
The figurine is in the form of a fish with a red and orange striped body and blue head and measures 6 cm (2.4 inches) in height. The figurine is 10.5 cm (4.2 inches) in length. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration. The figurine comes in its original box which carries the logo “Habras Studio Habrat” on the top and a paper label on the inside that states “STANDING FISH RED RS.10”.
It weighs in at 95 g. (~ 3 oz.).
