This is a pair of St. Louis lead crystal Jardy large candlesticks, model 744080.
The candlesticks are in excellent condition for their age. They show age related wear and tear to the bases commensurate with some use.
The candlesticks are of traditional form with knopped six-sided facet cut stems and hexagonal feet. The candlesticks measure 9.7 (3.9 inches) across at the feet and are 23 cm (9.2 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration. The candlesticks bear the St. Louis trademark etched into the bottom of the feet and also retain the original plastic labels to the top of the feet. They come in their original boxes.
They each weigh 625 g. (~ 1 lb. 6 oz.) without the box and 940 g. (~ 2 lb. 1 oz) with the box.
