This is a large and impressive clear and amber glass Cesto plate or dish designed by Sergio Constantini (b. 1956) for Artigianato Muranese of Murano, Italy in the early 1970s.

The dish is in excellent condition. It shows age related wear and tear to the rim of the base consistent with use.

The dish is circular in shape with one part of the lip partially folded over, and measures 39 cm (15.6 inches) in diameter at its widest point. The dish is blown in clear glass trailed with amber glass. The dish is 9 cm (3.6 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, other significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration. The dish is signed on the base.

It weighs in at 1.95 kg. (~ 4 lb. 5 oz.).
