This is a rare set of six mouth-blown cut glass 19th century jelly glasses .

The glasses are in reasonable condition for their age. They show age related wear and tear to the rims of the feet consistent with some 100+ years of use.

The glasses have been blown in clear glass. The glasses have rounded funnel-shaped bowls measuring 6.2 cm (2.5 inches) in diameter at the rims which are dentated. The bowls are cut with diamonds and elipses The glasses sit directly on panel-cut domed octagonal feet which measure 4.5 cm (1.8 inches) across The glasses are 10.5 cm (4.2 inches) in height. All the glasses have tiny chips out of the edges of the feet and bowl rims. One of the glasses has a crack running down from the bowl rim that is 1.5 cm in length. There are no other cracks, significant scratches or any obvious signs of restoration.

Each glass weighs in at 195 g. ( ~ 7 oz.).
