This is a set of six Waterford Crystal Clare pattern port wine glasses, released in 2000.
The glasses are in excellent condition for their age. They show little age related wear and tear to the rims of the bases consistent with some minimal use.
The glasses have rounded bucket-shaped bowls measuring 5.8 cm (2.3 inches) in diameter at the rims. The glasses have been blown in clear glass and then cut in the Clare pattern. The bowls sit on vertically facet cut stems. The stems end in star-cut feet which also measure 5.8 cm (2.3 inches) in diameter and which display the faint “Waterford” water mark. The glasses are 11 cm (4 3/8 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious signs of restoration. Dimensions and weight varies slightly from glass to glass as should be expected of hand-made glass. They do NOT come in their original box.
Each glass weighs in at 155 g. ( ~ 5 1/2 oz.).
