This is a set of six white wine glasses in the Kildare pattern produced by Waterford Crystal between 1974-2017.
The glasses are in excellent condition. They show age related wear and tear consistent with use.
The glasses measure 5.8 cm (2.3 inches) in diameter across the bowl rims. The bowls are cut with a large row of single hobnail diamonds to the lower third with long and short interspersed vertical cuts above, and sit on six-sided vertically facet cut stems and plain feet which measure 6.5 cm (2.6 inches) in diameter. The glasses are 14.8 cm (5.9 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any evidence of restoration.
Each glass weighs 255 g. (~ 9 oz.). They each carry the faint etched mark “Waterford” to the underside of the foot.
