This is a blue sommerso vase with a mica inlay, designed by Milan Metalák (1928-1993) for Harachov Glassworks of Czechia.
The vase is in the blue and clear colourway, the blue glass being cased in clear. The vase is 25.2 cm (10.1 inches) in height and measures 9 cm (3.6 inches) in diameter at its widest point. It weighs 1.5 kg. (~ 3 lb. 5 oz.). There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration.
