This is a pair of Lalique Clos Saint Odile pattern wine glasses, produced from 1921 on a pattern provided by a local wine maker (Pierre Weisenberger). This pair are of post-war production.

The glasses are in excellent condition for their age. They show little age related wear and tear to the rims of the bases consistent with some minimal use.

The glasses have funnel-shaped bowls measuring 9 cm (3.6 inches) in diameter at the rims. The bowls have been blown in clear crystal and sit on frosted four sided stems topped off with the face of St. Odile. The stems end in feet which measure 7 cm (2.8 inches) in diameter. The “Lalique ® France” maker’s mark is inscribed in lower case on the underside of the foot on each glass. The glasses are 19.5 cm (7.8 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious signs of restoration.

Each glass weighs in at 145 g. ( ~ 5 oz.).
