This is a set of seven (six and a spare) Baccarat Crystal tall water goblets, the tallest of the range, which is now discontinued.
The glasses are in excellent condition for their age. They show little or no age related wear and tear to the rims of the bases and may never have been used.
The glasses have rounded bucket-shaped bowls measuring 10 cm (4 inches) in diameter at the everted rims. The glasses have been blown in clear, lead crystal glass. The bowls are plain and sit on knopped stems and plain feet which measure 8.5 cm. (3.4 inches) in diameter. The Baccarat circular water mark is displayed on the bottom of the foot of each glass. The glasses are 17.5 cm (7 inches) in height. Dimensions and weight vary slightly from glass to glass as should be expected of hand-made glass. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious signs of restoration. Each glass holds approximately 350 ml. (about half a bottle of wine) when filled to the rim.
Each glass weighs in at 265 g. ( ~ 9 oz.). They do NOT come in their original box.
