This is a set of six contemporary Baccarat D’Assas pattern red wine glasses. The pattern was available between 1981-1991 and is very similar to the Massena pattern as far as cutting is concerned, but differs by the shape of the bowl.
The glasses are in excellent condition. They show minimal age related wear and tear consistent with use and may never have been used.
The glasses measure 7 cm (2.8 inches) in diameter across the bowl rims. The glasses are 18 cm (7 inches) in height. The bowls are bevel cut from the feet to the bases of the narrow bowls. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any evidence of restoration. The words “Baccarat France” are etched into the base of each glass within the Baccarat logo.
Each glass weighs 385 g. (~ 13 oz.).
