This is a set of six Waterford Crystal Colleen pattern cut glass fluted champagne glasses, produced from 1968-2018 but now discontinued.
The glasses are in excellent condition for their age. They show little age related wear and tear to the rims of the bases consistent with some minimal use.
The glasses have slim barrel-shaped bowls measuring 5.8 cm (2.3 inches) in diameter at the rims. The glasses have been blown in clear glass and then cut with olives above diamond cutting in the Colleen pattern. The bowls sit on short knopped stems, the knops being diamond-cut, and plain feet which measure 6.3 cm (2.5 inches) in diameter and which display the “Waterford” water mark. The glasses are 15 cm (6 inches) in height. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious signs of restoration. Dimensions and weight varies from glass to glass as should be expected of hand-made glass. They do NOT come in their original box.
Each glass weighs in at 270 g. ( ~ 9 1/2 oz.).
