This is a Baccarat Elephant figurine, made in lead crystal glass and dating from the late 20th century.
The figurine is in excellent condition for its age. It shows some minimal age related wear and tear to the rim of the base consistent with use.
The figurine is in the form of an elephant in a standing position measuring 9 cm (3.6 inches) in height. The figurine is 13 cm (5.2 inches) in length. There are no chips, cracks, significant scratches or any obvious evidence of restoration. The figurine bears the etched Baccarat France logo to the underside of the base and the word “Baccarat” is inscribed onto the back of the figurine just above the hind legs.
It weighs in at 435 g.. (~ 15 oz.).
