This is a large, late Georgian, ovoid-bowled, engraved plain stem dating from the turn of the 18th/19th centuries.
The glass is in excellent condition for its age.  It shows age related wear and tear to the rim of the foot consistent with some 200 years of use.
The glass has an ovoid-shaped bowl measuring 11 cm (4.4 inches) in diameter at the rim.  The bowl is copper wheel engraved with the initials “RICW” in italic script, within a ribband bound garland on one side and a hoho bird above a flowering sprig on the reverse.  There is a band of finger flute cuts beneath the rim sitting above a prism cut and a band of laurel cuts.    The bowl sits on a plain stem and a conical foot which measures 11.7 cm (4.7 inches) in diameter.  The glass is 19.5 cm  (7.8 inches) in height.   It weighs 988 g. (~ 2 lb. 3 oz.).   There are no chips, cracks, scratches or any obvious signs of restoration.
A truly impressive glass.
